The agreement

These terms govern use of Tagos Mail at tagos.one, operated by Stanislav Holotiuk, an individual. Creating an account means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The version you accept is stored on the account.

This version is 2026-10-02, effective 2 October 2026.

The service

We provide a hosted mailbox at @tagos.one, and Receipts, Tables, and Drive where those parts are available on your account. Applications you approve can sign in and, with the scopes you grant, use the mailbox through the public MCP endpoint.

This is not end-to-end encryption. We do not provide a full IMAP service. Outbound mail goes through our normal mail servers, and we limit how much an account can send.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you provide a date of birth that shows you are younger, we refuse the account. If we learn you are under 13, we delete the account.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in mail and files you store. You let us host, display, and transmit that material so the service can work, including to the people you address and to an application you have authorized. You are responsible for what you send.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tagos Mail to break the law, to send bulk or unsolicited mail, to probe or disrupt the service, or to access someone else’s account. Bulk mail is rejected. We may suspend an account that puts delivery at risk for everyone else.

Brain

Brain answers questions about your Receipts and Tables by sending that question and the retrieved records to an external AI provider. Answers can be wrong. Do not treat them as professional advice.

Connected applications

An application you approve can act within the scopes you granted, such as reading mail or creating a draft. You can revoke that access. You are responsible for the applications you approve.

Ending the account

You may delete the account from Account, then Privacy. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Deletion does not instantly erase encrypted backups. Those copies are removed within 90 days.

Availability

The service runs on one operator’s servers. Mail can be delayed or fail. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery, or that another provider will accept a message. The service is provided as available.

Liability

To the extent the law of the State of New Jersey allows, Stanislav Holotiuk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the service. These terms do not limit liability that New Jersey law does not allow to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
